Dear Ms. Walker:
In response to your invitation, we have thoroughly
reviewed the possibility of nominating an Agency officer
for the 1983 President's Executive Exchange Program, but
regret we do not have a candidate. We have also reviewed
the possibility of offering a host position, but are unable
to identify one for the 1983 Program.
Thank you for your invitation. Hopefully we will be
able to participate in the 1984 Program.
Sincerely,
James N. Glerum

This is an invitation to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to nominate one
of your outstanding career executives for the 1983 President's Executive

growth of the participating executives.
The Commission seeks from your Agency an outstanding Executive with a proven
record of accomplishments whose career can be broadened-by such an experience
and who will, as a result, be more effective on their return. Nominations are
due February 1, 1983.
Nominations are limited to career executives who:
1. are currently at the Grade 15, participants in your SES Candidate
Program, or members of the SES. They should have no significant
