This experience helps to promote a better understanding between the two sectors through a first-hand view of the problems and challenges of the other sector. The Program permits an exchange of new and effective management techniques and enhances the professional growth of the participating executives. The Commission seeks from your Agency an outstanding Executive with a proven record of accomplishments whose career can be broadened-by such an experience and who will, as a result, be more effective on their return. Nominations are due February 1, 1983. Nominations are limited to career executives who: 1. are currently at the Grade 15, participants in your SES Candidate Program, or members of the SES. They should have no significant private sector work experience; 2. have a proven record of management ability, including outstanding on-the-job accomplishments; 3. have a high intellectual capacity, demonstrates leadership ability and possesses the maturity to represent the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in the private sector; 4. have the potential to become a member of the SES (if not already a member); 744 JACKSON PLACE, N.W.
