The system by which the. CIA Emergency Force is to be alerted to proosed

(Defense Readiness Conditions).
ALERT SIGNALt Steady 5 minute siren bleat on outside signals;
horn blasts 16 seconds on,, 16 seconds off for 5 minutes on inside signals,
MEM$s "Turn on your rad'ios# listen for instructions, and prepare to take
cover,"
b. TAFCE COVER SIONALt Rising and falling wailing siren for 3 minutes
on outside, signals; horn blasts 1 second onj 1 second off for 3 minutes on
