The ICS is creating Qs and As for the A/DCI's
budget session with the SSCI tomorrow. We have
been helping ICS on the arms control-related
topics.
Attached as background is a set of the ex anded
Qs and As on NFIP resources which affect arms
control. Bob asked us these questions in the
period prior to his confirmation hearing, and we
have
i
ma
ntained this material since then.
There is considerable similarity between the IC
work and ours--which in this case is all to the
good in my humble opinion.
Our efforts have been in conjunction with CRES,
OSWR, and DDS&T. I don't know of any major
disconnects.
