On Wednesday, November 4, 1987, from 3:00 -3:50 p.m., in the
Situation Room, Colin L. Powell will chair a meeting of the
Policy Review Group. The PRG will discuss the U.S. position
toward a proposed World Bank Structural Adjustment Loan for
Chile. The $250 million loan is scheduled to be considered by
the Bank's Board of Directors in December. (C)
