To confirm our telecon of 4 June, I have the following additional comment 25X1 which has been coordinated with , Executive Officer/OS: Sec V, page 6, paragraph number 6: This paragraph places the major share of the blame for personnel security shortcomings on a lack of a comprehensive national policy. 25X1 We do not agree.
