SUBJECT: Additional Compensation for Overseas Employees
On March 16, 1984, the DCI announced that CIA will provide
additional compensation to all employees serving overseas. Only
a few DI employees now receive overseas pay; most do not. I
would like to tell DI employees what actions the Office of
Personnel has taken to redress this inequity and when such
compensation increases will begin. Could you please provide
details?
