Opportunities and Vulnerabilities in the Middle East. Other

presented will be classified. The conference is unclassified.
3. The Agency will benefit by this opportunity to learn the
views of a distinguished group of American specialists on Soviet-
Middle East affairs and by my personal opportunity to discuss
underlying concepts, perceptions, and interpretation of Soviet
foreign policy behavior with these specialists. To the hest of
my knowledge, no foreign nationals will participate in this
session.
