1. Attached is the draft of my presentation to the International Studies
Association on intelligence and foreign policy. who set this STAT
up, also plans to edit the papers for subsequent pu ica ion.
2. None of the materials present in the paper are to my knowledge
classified, although I've had to dig for unclassified citations on some of the
topics. The source list isn't finished yet but the final paper will be
sourced.
3. I would value any comments or suggestions on cot `nt as well as your
