SUBJEC : Proposed Presentation of DI Trends
and Highlights
The DCI requires as part of the search for
excellence that each directorate present an
orientation on its organization and functions to
the whole Agency. To satisfy that requirement,
I propose that we offer "DI Trends and Highlights"
in two half-day segments in late November or
early December. As you may note from the
attached course outline, we propose to steer
clear of wiring diagrams in favor of anecdotes
and case studies. If this looks okay, we shall
proceed.
