1. Reference is made to Definitive Contract No. BC-200, as amended
by Amendments Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 entered into between the United States
of America and the Hycon Mfg. Company, Pasadena, California.
2. In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 entitled
"CHANGES" of the GENERAL PROVISIONS, the Government does hereby amend
Contract No. BC-200 as hereinafter set forth:
(a) SCHEDULES I, II, AND III of Contract No. BC-200,
as amended, are hereby revised and superseded
as of this date to reflect the current require-
ments of equipment to be supplied and the
revised estimated prices therefor. These Schedules
and related Exhibits are attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
(b) In SECTION B - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT of the
SCHEDULE, as amended, delete the figures
"$1,912,536.95" and substitute the figure
"$2,521,110.76."
(c) In Paragraph (3), page 2, of SECTION D - PRICE
REDETERMINATION, as amended, delete the figure
' $2.,087,997.9 and substitute the figure
"$2,752,!l.04.00." Of this amount ($2,752,404.00)
"$371,359.11." is contingent upon the availability
of funds for Customer "B" for SCHEDULE II and III.

(d) The figures '$1,912,536.95" and "$2,087,997.69"
appearing on. the signature page, as amended,
are hereby deleted and the following are sub-
stituted therefor:
"Target Price $2,521,110.76
Ceiling Price $2,752,4oi..00"
3. This Amendment provides for an increase of $608,573.81 in
the target price and $661.,406.31 in the ceiling price.
4. All other terms and conditions remain as originally written.

the remaining copy is for your retention.
