AUENBED PAY1ENT PLAN FOR TBE tIYCON NiAINUFACTURING CONPAIvY
All payments to the Hycon Manufacturing Company pursuant to
Contract Nos. BC-200 and BC-450, including interim and final payments
for Cork and services performed for which vouchers have been sub-
mitted, will be accomplished as follows:
(1) Interim and final vouchers submitted by the Hycon Manufac-
turing Company will be certified by the SA,/PC/DCI and by the Comptrol-
ler.
(2) Interim and final vouchers submitted by the Hycon Manufac-
turing Company will be approved and certified by the Contracting Offi-
cer.
(3) US Treasury checks will be drawn in the amounts of authorized
payment by the on site Representative of the Chief Disbursing Officer,
payable to the Hycon Manufacturing Company and mailed with a sterile
form showing the appropriate contract number and invoice (voucher) num-
ber(s) for which the check is in payment. Project Headquarters will
be advised by the Disbursing Officer when a check is issued.
(4) Checks will be transmitted to the Hycon Manufacturing Com-
pany in double envelope. The outer envelope will be addressed to:
