This memorandum contains a recommendation submitted for approval of the Special Assistant to the Director for Planning and Development. Such recommendation is set forth in Paragraph 5. 2. Contract No, FL-3011 covered the furnishing of APQ-56 Radar equipment for Projects CHALICE, and the Air Force. The Contract also covered field maintenance for Project CHALICE. This contract was subject to price redetermination. Amendment No. 8 established the final price for Items 1 through 9A less Item 7. This Amendment No. 10 establishes the final price for the balance of the items. Details of the negotiations are shown in the attached memorandums. should be obligated and liquidated as follows: 3.'
