The following Marquardt Corporation purchase orders were terminated
for the convenience of the Government on July 16, 1959, as a result of the
termination of subject prime contract:

As a result of these terminations the subcontractor submitted enclo-
sures (C). These settlement proposals have been reviewed by Marquardt, as
evidenced by enclosures (D). The inventory has been screened by this
Contractor and found not to be needed. However, the subcontractor has
agreed to store all tooling at no cost to Marquardt and/or the Government
for a period of one year. This agreement is in conformity with the agree-
ment between Marquardt and the Contracting Officer in regard to all tooling
under the subject contract. Scrap credits have been deducted in calculating
the net settlement sums. These scrap offers will be in effect upon expira-
tion of the storage agreements.
Taking into consideration enclosures (D) and all pertinent information,
the following final settlements have been negotiated:
