best yet forwarded by WECEN as ETA's were exact.'

,not exceed 5 miles from take-off to landing. I,
~.. Weather: As briefed. All targets wereaccomplished, although
some were under scattered clouds,

of flight and due to flight path full coverage off' all electronic signals
should have been obtained.
