2. All aircraft equipment functioned satisfactorily obtaining what
should be superior coverage. A small portion of the route was partially
obscured by clouds, as briefed. Weather was otherwise clear.
3. made a circular approach near Point N because, due to
clouds he was a few miles right of course on his approach.
