MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Concurrence in Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. CC-28441 with
Information Fidelity Incorporated, Project O%CART
1. This memorandum contains a recommendation submitted for
concurrence of the undersigned. Such recommendation is contained
in Paragraph 5?
2. Contract No. CC-28441 provides for a scientific management
group, consisting of a Chief Executive Officer, a Chief Scientist
and other technical and administrative aides, to carry out AR research
coordinating activities and other related services at the Test Site.
Amendment No. 2 has been drawn to increase the funds allotted under
the contract by $100,000.00, from $75,000.00 to $175,000.00, to cover
services thereunder through 30 November 1961.
3. FY--1962 0%CART Funds in the amount of $100,000.00 should be
obligated to cover this requiremento Funds for this requirement are
included as a line item in the FY??1962 OXCART Budget. By concurrence
to this memorandum the Comptroller signifies that ftiinds have been
obligated as provided above.
4. Certification of f~.inds for this contract will be handled under
the procedure approved by the Director of Central Intelligence on
15 December 1956
