Subject: CLOSURE OF CONTRACT SP-1922
Our records indicate all work on Contract SP-1922 has been completed and
all deliveries to the customer have been accomplished. No residual
Government property remains in the Contractor's possession under this
contract for disposition.

On 26 March 1969 we submitted our final Report of Inventions, in accordance
with the Patent Rights clause of this contract.
Our final invoices submitted on this contract, for the period July 1966 -
June 1967, compare to the exhibit amounts for that period as follows:
