1. Reference is made to Contract No. SP-1922 effective for the period
1 July 1961 through 30 June 1967.
2. Pursuant to the provisions of PART VI - ESTABLISHMENT OF A PRICING
FORMULA, the parties hereto have agreed upon the following fixed formula for
the period 27 June 1966 through 25 December 1966.

Only labor rates at Contractor's plant have been included above. Should a
requirement arise at a test site for any labor category, Contractor would
apply for the use of the appropriate rate set forth in PART V, Contract
SP-1923, for the period concerned. To the extent that call work is performed
away from our plant, our proposed price exhibits will also include, in
addition to the rates referred to in the previous sentence, appropriate
amounts for transportation, per diem, flight bonus and overtime premium on
direct labor hours, in accordance with Contractor's established policy."
3. The funding for FY-66, FY-67 and the Grand Total appearing in
Amendment No. 19 are deleted and the following is substituted therefor:
