Feedback on the CIPC Meeting ? General Marks' special assistant, Colonel Jim O'Brien, called on 21 June to report that the General was disturbed and dismayed that some of the material at the meeting was not the same as the pre-meeting material--narcotics issue papers. I informed O'Brien that we recognized this; however, the issue papers handed out at the meeting were developed late Friday evening and were updates to the original issue paper.
