MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHAIRMAN, SECURITY COMMITTEE, UNITED STATES
INTELLIGENCE BOARD
Subj: Navy membership on the Computer Security Subcommittee
1. This is to advise of a change in Navy membership on the Computer
Security Subcommittee of the Security Committee, United States Intelli-
gence Board. Effective on the date of this memorandum, theltNavy ernatmember
of that subcommittee is Mr. Carl R. Lambert, and the Navy
member thereon is Mr. Car1E, relieving Messrs ameron an Allen
respectively. Messrs. Lambert and Martz are employed by the Naval
Intelligence Processing System Support Activity, and both have extensive
experience and backgrounds in computer technology and security matters.
