MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Verification of Security Clearance for
Robert Aloysius Young
1. On 7 April 1970 the Employees Activities Branch
of the Personnel Security Division telephonically verified that
Robert Aloysius Young, an employee of the U. S. State Department
held a Top Secret clearance dated 4 December 1964.
2. Verification of this clearance was required in
connection with Mr. Young's anticipated attendance at the USIB
Computer Security Subcommittee meeting on 10 April 1970.
