SUBJECT: Re placement of Air Force Member on the IBSEC
Computer Security Working Group
1. On 5 September 1968, Lt. Col. Hays Bricka, the
Air Force representative on the Computer of IBSEC, visited the undersigned to state that hetw s being trans-
ferred sometime in September from AFNIN to the Plans component
of Air Force headquarters. As a result, his assignment as Air Force
representative to the Working Group would be cancelled at the time
of this transfer.
