1. The eighty-second meeting of the Computer
Security Subcommittee of the United States Intelligence
Board Security Committee was held between 0930 and 1350
hours on 22 November 1974. In attendance were:

3. Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the 18 October
1974 Subcommittee Meeting (M-81), corrected to reflect the
appropriate document number (IBSEC-CSS-M-81) and in
paragraph three to reflect the correct meetingnumber
(M-80), were approved.
4. Introduction of new Chairman:

5. Intelligence Community Policy Paper on Computer
Security: The most recent draft of this paper, dated 13
November 1974, was reviewed and edited by those present.
The National Security Agency member agreed to redraft the
section on ADP Networks and submit same to the Acting
Chairman within a week to ten days. A corrected draft
will be distributed to the membership prior to the next
scheduled meeting.
6. The next meeting of the Computer Security Sub-
committee was tentatively scheduled for 12 December 1974
at 0930 hours at CIA Headquarters Building.
