Legislative Program - 100th Congress
1. In order to serve the needs of the Directorate of
Administration, OCA will focus on and track legislation on a
wide range of issues in the 100th Congress. A sampling of
these is included as an attachment. We will strive to keep
offices informed in a timely manner when there is
significant legislative action within your area of
interest. We welcome your input for additional legislative
issues that should be monitored.
2. Office representatives who follow legislation should
be aware that OCA has obtained LEGISLATE, a computer based _
system that enables us to list and track all bills
introduced in Congress. We have been'working closely with
some offices in Personnel using this system. We want to be
sure that all directorate offices are aware of this
capability and will be plea
