SUBJECT: Scattergood-Thorne Property
1. For six weeks a team of officers made up of individuals from various
parts of the Agency considered options for making use of the Scattergood-
Thorne property. The Committee's recommendations are found on pages 8 through
12 of the attached report.
2. The DDCI has scanned this report. He is in general agreement with the
recommendations; however, he believes more ambitious ideas ought to be
considered for Area D--employee activities. He has suggested that the report
be submitted to the ExCom for ratification and recommendations to the DCI/
DDCI.
3. You are being provided a copy of this report so that you can become
familiar with it and the recommendations prior to discussion at a forthcoming
ExCom.
