Jim: You sent me a marketing letter from Dittberner Associates awhile
back. This company does telcomm network studies. They have apparently
sold one to Someone in CIA (not OIT). They do not know who the purchaser
was and want to market a related study to the same purchaser. We
forwarded a copy of the package to DD/OIR through whom the original
order may have been placed. We also sent copies to DD/OC, and EXO/OSO as
possible parties who either ordered the original package or might be
interested in studies of the type performed by the company. TD date
STAT there is no OIT interest but we will ask several other groups.
STAT is the action officer. We will write a close out memc,
finally determine if there is any Agency interest.
