I have been asked to respond to your letter to the Director, Central
Intelligence Agency dated 18 December 1986 concerning the 1987 Interagency
U.S. Savings Bond Campaign.
I am pleased to advise you that me. Hugh E. Price, Director of Personnel,
has been appointed as the Vice Chairman for the Agency's U.S. Savings Bond
Campaign. a senior representative of our Office of
Personnel, has been designated to serve as the Agency's Campaign Coordinator.
