Mr. William F. Donnelly
Deputy Director for
Administration

July 14, 1987
It was a pleasure meeting you at the Federal
Interagency Polygraph Seminar. Just as you enjoyed
Dr. Paul Ekman's presentation, I found the panel discussion
on the scope of the Federal polygraph programs equally
enlightening. Based on the feedback I have received on
this year's seminar, our "brief" exposure and reactions
seem to have been reflective of the entire seminar.
The success of this program can be directly attributed
STAT
to the talent and efforts of your employees
F
Chief of the CIA Polygraph Research Facility, and his assistant,
. I would like to commend them for their STAT
efforts and would appreciate your conveying this message
to them.
This seminar was one of many similar well-coordinated
and mutually beneficial efforts of our respective' polygraph
programs and we look forward to its continuance.
Sincerely,
Assistant Director in Charge
Laboratory Division
oger T. Castonguay
