SUBJ ECT: Weekly Report for Period Ending 18 December 1987
1. The Office of Training and Education (OTE) conducted the first
running of a new course, Response to Terrorism. Twenty-five students attended
the course which covers the roles of members of the Intelligence Community in
responding to terrorism. .~11 presentations were videotaped for transmittal to
field stations.
4. As of 1 December, OP's Insurance Operations Division had received
over health insurance claims and had processed over O claims.
This represents an 18 percent increase in thE~ number of claims received in
1987 as opposed to 1986, and a 23 percent increase in the number of claims
processed.
5. On 10 December, the Office of Logistics' Printing and Photography
Division responded to a priority request .from the Directorate of Intelligence
to produce 1,400 photo prints from 70 originals in support of an ongoing
