1. We plan to hold a Comptroller's Meeting on Monday, 21 September 1987
at 1000 hours in Room 7C36 Headquarters to review the status of the 1987
program. In preparation for this meeting, please provide the following by COB
10 September:
2. Directorates should continue to plan to cover any mandatory unfunded
requirements from within their available resources until we have a better
understanding of the extent of any savings that may emer een now and the
end of the year, and the potential claims against them.
3. We have provided a copy of this memorandum to your staff.
