SUBJECT: National Intelligence University
1. Attached is my proposal for creation of a National Intelligence
University. The package essentially is divided into three parts:
-- A proposal on the University itself, including its
mission, composition of faculty and student body, curriculum
and location.
-- Practically speaking, how one might go about creating
such a university, step by step.
-- At the tab, a breakdown of how courses presently offered
by CIA might fit into the curriculum of a National Intelligence
University, together with suggestions for some additional courses.
This is clearly illustrative and would be subject to additional
courses as well as consolidation and reorganization of some
present offerings.

such a university? I have not waited for detailed comments
because I thought it would be convenient to ma e t is available to
you for reading over the weekend. I must say I find the entire notion
fairly exciting.
