REFERENCE: ICS 88-3738 dated 18 April 1988
An additional item has been added to the agenda of the above-cited
meeting, the background material for which is attached. The agenda is now
composed of:
--issues, opportunities, and problems deriving from the INF Treaty
(DoD and FBI);
--projections regarding possible START counterintelligence and
intelligence consequences (DoD, FBI, and NSA);
--update on new office building Moscow construction and finds (State
and CIA);
--mission, responsibilities, and current status of the newly created
Security Evaluation Office (SE0);
--status reports on (a) the reorganization of counterintelligence(
functions within the Central Intelligence Agency, and (b) the
third biannual report to Congress
security countermeasures (CCISCMO)
