The next meeting of SIG(Space) to consider the issue_of_launching,U.S.
spacecraft on foreign launch vehicles will be held On_August
300 PM in Room 208 of the Old Executive Office Building. The
meeting will be held at the SECRET security level. As indicated in
the attached agenda, a draft IG(Space) report on this issue will form
the basis for SIG deliberations. Updated cop this paper will bez,pa:
