the DRSP Security Guidelines (BYE 28579/81). The original pages, should
be destroyed. These changes provide a r_ew DSPO address, delete the I-
suffix from the~prcgram element to allow basic classifica;,ior. instructions
to apply to all 35159 suffixes, allow the DRSP 3udget Estimate Submission
to be unclassified (by program element or appropriation ~:ithir. program
eie>rent), modify the title of MC&G Alternatives to TIC&G Supao~t and
retitle Defense Reconnaissance Tactical
Support Activity DRTSA as me igence Communications Architecture (INCA)

REFERENCE: ~NRO Memo, Subject: Defense Reconnaissance Support

This adderd~ provides suppleMental classification guidance for the
DRS? activity "Mapping, Charting and Geodesy Support." In those
cases where the classification guidance provided in this addendum
conflicts with that provided in the reference guidelines (BYE
28579/81), the guidance in this addendum is to be followed. .
The DRSP activity "Mapping, Charting and Geodesy (MC&G) Support"
involves various National Reconnaissance Program collection
activities. Basic classification guidance for NRP systems is
provided by the "NRO Classification Guide;" BXE-13197/77.
Specific classification guidance regarding MC&G Support within DRSP

This addendum provides supplemental classification guidance for the
DRSP activity "Survivable and Enduring Intelligence System (SEIS)."
In those cases where the classification guidance provided in this
addendum conflicts with that provided in the reference guidelines
(BYE 28579/81), the guidance in this addendum is to be followed.
The DRSP, activity "Survivable and Enduring Intelligence System
(SEIS)" involves concept definition studies for. a system w*hich would
supplement present and projected enduring intelligence and
in~elligence-related capabilities. Because reconnaissance satellites
will be the primary means used for this collection, many of the
details of this effort will remain within the BYEMAN system until a
decisior. on sys.te.m acquisition is reached. At that time, a decision
will be rendered on the appropriate classification level for the
program and 2 more detailed classification guide will be published.

This addendum provides supplemental classification guidance for the
DRSP activity "Intelligence Communications Architecture (INCA)." In
those .cases where the classification guidance provided in this
addendum conflicts with that provided in the reference guidelines

The DRSP activity "Intelligence Communications Architecture (INCA)"
involves improving the tasking and dissemination architecture for
satellite-derived signals intelligence (SIGINT) and imagery
intelligence (IMINT) support to operational commands and forces.
