SUBJECT: CY 1988 Reservation of Conference Rooms - COMIREX & ISPWG
Meetings
1. The DCI Committee on Imagery Requirements and Exploitaition (COMIREX)
and the COMIREX Imagery Security Policy Working Group (ISPWG) meets each
month. We, therefore, request the following standing reservations for COMIREX
on the first and third Wednesdays of each month and for ISPWG on the fourth
Thursday of each month:
o Room 6N02 for COMIREX on the first and third Wednesdays of each month
o Room 1S06 for ISPWG on the fourth Thursday of each month.
2. Additionally, we are planning to have several special meetings on the
last Wednesday of the month. Other special meetings may be necessary from
time to time depending on the needs of the Committee. I have listed in the
attachment the appropriate dates for all of the scheduled COMIREX and ISPWG
meetings from now until December 1988. This memorandum supercedes all
previous requests.
3. The COMIREX meetings proper (1000-1330) should be posted on the lobby
bulletin board as "COMIREX," and the ISPWG meetings proper should be posted on
the lobby bulletin board as "ISPWG." The pre-COMIREX session (0930-1000)
should not appear on the bulletin board. We also request that one overhead
projector be available for use in the conference room during COMIREX
