SUBJECT: Technical Assessment Program
1. The Deputy Director of Central Intelligence has agreed that the
Council should conduct technical assessments on the following subjects for
possible applications within the National Foreign Intelligence Program.
Therefore, in order to accomplish these tasks, I have asked the following to
provide for the completion of the indicated reports:
