1. The Board meeting scheduled for 19 March 1987 at 1500 hours has been
cancelled.
2. The next meeting of the Board has been scheduled for 26 March 1987 at
1500 hours. The one item on the agenda thus far will be considered in
executive session. The materials for the discussion will be forwarded to you
shortly through other channels.
3. The Secretariat would be pleased to learn if any of the principals
have other matters to raise at this meeting.
