1. The following is to record events which took place at the SCI Forum
meeting of 9 February 1987 at Department of Justice from 1300-1510 hours.

provided a new telephone number for contact at work, 767-9241, which is in
Building 520, Bolling AFB. Please note that the courier mail address (Rm
BD951 Pentagon) has not changed. Members are asked to note another channae in

2. The moderator commented that the revised version of DCID 1/19 approved
by the Forum members would be sent to the Acting Director of Central
Intelligence within the next few days and that the revised DCID 1/7 would
follow shortly thereafter. The executive secretary requested members to
review DCID 1/20, Security Policy Concerning Travel and Assignment of
Personnel With Access to Sensitive Compartmented Information with the
objective of determining if any portions are in need of change, including the
attachment. Members were asked to bring any comments on this DCID to the next

3. The highlight feature of the meeting followed next, a video tape
presentation of the espionage case. The tape was made available 25X1
for Forum viewing with certain caveats. Besides the requirement for TS/SI,
members were asked to withhold revelations of the content for what might be
obvious reasons, but including the anticipated additional litigation that
could follow in this case. The moderator wishes to extend to the

gratitude of CCISCMS and all the Forum members for the opportunity to view the
fine tape. It was certainly instructive and informative, and carried a strong
impact relevant to all of us. Hopefully, one day a wider audience in the
Community wi 1 be able to view and learn from this product or modified version
thereof. F 25X1
4. All members are reminded of the next scheduled forum meeting on 9
March in Room 6100, Main Justice, 10th and Constitution, NW at 1300 hours. It
is requested that principals and/or alternates call in to announce their
intention to attend by telephoning by COB 5 March STAT
1987. At this writing, we have no formal agenda items. Due to time
constraints following the last meeting, it is suggested that remarks be
offered concerning the cited video tape. Any members with items for
presentation are asked to call the executive secretary with such information.
If substantive agenda items develop, members will be advised telephonically
