SUBJECT: Minutes of Ninth Meeting, SCI Forum, 15 June 1987 (U)
1. The following serves to record events that took place at the SCI Forum
meeting on 15 June 1987 in Room 6100, Main Justice, from 1300-1400 hours.

2. As the first order of business, the Chairman askea for and receives
members' acceptance and approval of minutes of the last (18 May) meeting. (U)
3. The policy statement on release of information controllea under DCID
1/7 was the next item for consideration. The membership agreement with the
statement was unanimous. The Chairman reminded the group that DCID 1/7 has
been approved by the ADCI with the understanding that DIA and CIA would work
toward a timely resolution of an issue relative to the handling of
NOCONTRACT-controlled information. The Chairman asked that CIA and DIA be
prepared to report on their agreement at the next meeting of the Forum.

meeting on 13 July 1987 at the same time and place, 1300 hours, Room 6100,
Main Justice. Principals/alternates are requested to declare intent to attend

o Report from DIA and CIA on resolution of release of NOCONTRACT
information matter (called for by ADCI upon approval of DCID 1/7)
