SUBJECT: Strategic Relocatable Targets
1. On this date I met with Don Latham, Larry Woodruff, George Schneiter,
Charlie Hawkins, Ed Heinz and an Air Force Lieutenant Colonel who is working
for Larry Woodruff.
3. Woodruff and Schneiter agreed to meet with Ed Heinz, myself and our
steering group to provide us with details on the various concepts that their
working group has compiled. I suggested that after we have had that briefing
and have had an opportunity for our working group to complete its new efforts
on Phase 1, it may well be profitable for all involved to hold an off-site
seminar to be sure that OSD and the Intelligence Community are in step. If
such a seminar is held, it is clearly two or three months away.
