SUBJECT: Weekly Report
7. We are reviewing a draft executive order which would
reconstitute the National Communications System - of which CIA is
a member - by expanding its membership and acknowledging the NCS
role in matters addressed in National Security Decision Directive
(NSDD) 47 and NSDD-97. NSDD-97 sets out national security tele-
communications policy and NSDD-47 deals with emergency mobilization
preparedness.
