Weekly Report
2. The Office of Communications conducted six separate
one-hour lectures on Operations and Technical Management
between 27 November and 20 December. This Mini-Masters
series was a continuation of our efforts to better equip
today's mid-level officers with basic information required
to function as operations and technical managers in both the
foreign and domestic arenas.
3. The Office of Communications, as reported in our
6 September Weekly Report, is investigating a number of
progressive training methods for use in satisfying present
and future training requirements at its Communications School.
Two specific areas being pursued with Xerox and Hazeltine
Corporation, respectively, are Criterion Referenced Instruction
(CRI) and Computer Based Training (CBT).
