Weekly Report
3. OC recruiters and representatives from the Federal
Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have arranged to exchange
information on potential candidates for employment in the field
of computer engineering and telecommunications. Resumes of
applicants who do not meet OC requirements will be passed to the
FBI for review and the FBI has offered to direct potential
Telecommunications Officer candidates to OC.
4. As of 22 December, OC has achieved 100 percent of its
1986 Combined Federal Campaign total dollar goal.

SUBJECT: Weekly Report
S. OC was advised by the Office of Development and
Engineering (ODU), that the Interim Offline Crypto System (IOCS)
Plus project has been cancelled due to funding shortfalls, and
that OC communications security support for this program is no
longer required. Arrangements are being made to return IOCS Plus
documentation to ODE for disposal.
