OC briefing to DDA Management Staff on 10 September. of MLS/PBB also briefed on the OC budget. Also attendin the briefing were from MLS/MPB, and from the DDA Management Sta provided a general information of the 25X1 f. attended a course at the Chamber of Commerce on 9 September entitled "Resouce Decision 25X1 Making." D/Comptroller, made an excellent presentation on the subject. 2. Liaison Activities: 25X1 a. attended Government Open Systems Interconnection Profile (GOSIP) meetings on 9 and 10 September at the National Bureau of Standards in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Briefing officials from Boeing Computer Services, Corporation for Open Systems, General Motors, International Standards Organization, and the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense pointed out that Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) computer standards are in the final stages of development and now may be the best time for federal agencies to begin developing migration strategies to the open systems architecture. A binder notebook containing DOLPHIN information was received and is currently being routed to OC divisions. c. On 9 September, attended the bimonthly IRAC meeting held at the Chamber ot Commerce building in Washington, D.C.
