Agency Contracts Group Office of Logistics, has prepared a draft Request for Proposall or use by the not-for-profit corporation responsible for operating the proposed Day Care Center. The corporation, the Harry Fitzwater Children's Center, Inc., will include as voting members.all parents with children enrolled at the Center. The MSE,B contract was done on behalf of the Office of Personnel for the purpose of relocation of A enc personnel. The total cost for the amendments was $627,000. The items cited in the delivery order are OC Standards items in support of the Office of Communication and the Office of Information Technology. k. Agency Contracts Group, Office of Logistics, negotiated a $425,000 increase in a firm-fixed-price contract written on behalf of the Directorate of Administration/Office of Logistics with Smith, Hinchman and Grylls on 09 September 1988. The purpose of this action is to increase funding for increment 5 of said contract in order to continue work on the New Headquarters Building. The period of performance for this project is from 1 September 1988 to 30 September 1988. the Communication Engineering Division, Mercury Program Office. 1.
