d. Agency Contracts Group Office of Logistics, has prepared
a draft Request for Proposall or use by the not-for-profit
corporation responsible for operating the proposed Day Care
Center. The corporation, the Harry Fitzwater Children's Center,
Inc., will include as voting members.all parents with children
enrolled at the Center. The corporation' s Board will- ` +he
USA 7?0 RFP to solicit offers from companies W/SH/i/c-
to staff and operate the Center for its first year.

e. Agency Contracts Group, Office of Logistics, recently
completed amendments to its contract with Moran, Stahl and Boyer
(MS&B) on 6 September 1988. The MSE,B contract was done on behalf
of the Office of Personnel for the purpose of relocation of A enc
personnel. The total cost for the amendments was $627,000.

j. Agency Contracts Group, Office of Logistics, has issued a
delivery order to Timeplex, Fairfax, Virginia, in the amount of
$762,790. The items cited in the delivery order are OC Standards
items in support of the Office of Communication and the Office of
Information Technology.
k. Agency Contracts Group, Office of Logistics, negotiated a
$425,000 increase in a firm-fixed-price contract written on behalf
of the Directorate of Administration/Office of Logistics with
Smith, Hinchman and Grylls on 09 September 1988. The purpose of
this action is to increase funding for increment 5 of said
contract in order to continue work on the New Headquarters
Building. The period of performance for this project is from
1 September 1988 to 30 September 1988.

two proposals for miscellaneous. changes to the Office of Technical
Service renovations contract. The current value of the contract
is $442,931 and the negotiated fixed-price for the changes is

Logistics, received proposals in response to request for Proposal
(RFP) 88-Z32. The successful offeror will provide raised access
flooring in support of the Headquarters Backfill Program.
