Subject: Tracking Cullinet Personnel
As you can see by the number of people this note is going to, we have a
lot of Cullinet activity amongst us. and I have been
trying to track the use of Cullinet people and be able to project the
proper amount of funding required to carry us through September. I
would ask that each of you bring me up to date as of the end of June
with monthly totals for each person. Please include all totals from
October through June.
As important as the past is the future. Please give me a number of
hours for July, August, and September for each person you plan to
utilize. By combining these numbers, I can tell if I need to add money
to the contract. Also, I have estimated hours from Cullinet and I would
like to see if your expectations are the same as theirs.
This is a very important exercise -- please give it some thought. If we
put in too much money, we lose it - not enough, it gets taken out of our
hide (or somewhere)
Please respond NLT 6 July. I need time to process the paperwork
required to add money to the contract.
