1. Attached is the agenda for our April 1st meeting.
It will be from 9:00am to 4:30pm in room 412 of the
Key Building, 1200 Wilson Blvd. in Rosslyn.
2. You will receive by Wednesday, April 30, the
unclassified materials for the meeting. This will
not be voluminous. Classified portions will be provided
here that Friday morning.
3. Regarding security clearances, discussions will
be secret or lower. Two panel members have top secret
clearances in effect - Becton and Inman - and Odeen's
is in process. We can proceed on TS for all panel
members subsequent to this first meeting if the panel
believes that is necessary. I doubt if that will be
necessary.
4. Odeen and I are meeting with the Chair of the
House Committee, Louis Stokes, before the Panel meeting
and hope to do the same with Senator Boren.
