Priority I, mandatory requirement is required of all new employees regaJ3less
of education, experience, or training. This requirement, and a biannual re-
quirement for 40 hours of refresher training, was inadvertently left off of the
ACTEDS plan for CP-35, Intelligence.
2. Request that it now be included under the-eetcareer area, Counterintelligence/
Security Countermeasures, as depicted in the enclosure.

Federal Inter-Agency Seminar on Polygraph, sponsored by the FBI for one week at Quantico Marine Base in Virginia.
(Note. DoD Polygraph Institute courses are free, however, TDY costs are to be born by Agencies. Similar arrangement
for FBI course. The Delta College and APA Seminar charge tuition (Approximately $400-$500 in addition to TDY)).
--This requirement is additonally required to be added to the plan for those in grades CS-10-13 as well.
