We can appreciate that because of the far-reaching nature of the report, affected agencies would want to study it carefully. we are also encouraged that you will have a better idea of a legislative agenda by mid summer. Since the Committee considers comprehensive intelligence personnel and compensation systems as integral to the success of effective intelligence programs, we intend to review carefully the Community-wide legislative and administrative initiatives once they have been developed.
