We cannot end this study without giving special thanks for
the fine support we have received from all of the members of the
Study Steering Group and many staff in the Key Building.
The NAPA panel and project staff were continually impressed
with the thoughtfulness and objectivity reflected in SSG
comments. Perhaps more important was that input was often
provided within short timeframes. played a key role in
making this process work smoothly, and we enjoyed working with
her.
In terms of administrative support, I would like to single

expectations of professionalism and good nature in assisting in
